How do I report a new build defect?

If you’d like to report a new build defect, please contact our customer service centre.

Our Aftercare team will then pass this on to the builder who is responsible for the repair works.

For emergency repairs, where there is immediate danger – the builder will aim to rectify the defect within 24 hours.

For all non-emergencies, the builder may take up to 20 working days to resolve the issue.
