I have an issue with my light bulb. What should I do?

Replacing a light bulb isn't the sort of repair we'll carry out for you. You are responsible for this type of repair.

If you're still experiencing an issue, you can carry out an appliance test to determine if lights are not working in your property.

If you've changed a light bulb and the light's still not working or if every time the light is switched on the lamp blows and the fuse board trips, it's easy to report this. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.
