How do I report an issue with a shaver light or socket?

Fixing a shaver light bulb or starter motor isn't the sort of repair we'll carry out for you. You are responsible for these types of repairs.

If your shaver points or light fittings are faulty – and it's not the light bulb or starter motor. Please report it online or by contacting our customer service centre.
