How do I report a broken shed?

Fixing a wooden shed isn't the sort of repair we'll carry out for you. You are responsible for this type of repair.

If your wooden shed is located within a communal garden, please contact your Property Manager to find out who is responsible for the repairs.

If you have a brick shed and it's broken, please report this online or by contacting our customer service centre.

You'll need to tell us:

• what area is damaged
• what the defect is
• if there's a health and safety risk regarding crumbling or fallen brickwork
• if the defect could be the result of subsidence
• If there's any cracks in the external or internal walls
• if the cracks are horizontal or are at an angle
