How do I report that my electric cooker is broken?

Do you rent directly from L&Q or live in an L&Q Living property ?

Yes

It's easy to report a broken electric cooker. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

To help resolve the problem, please tell us if it's the cooker, plug socket or an electrical problem.

Most electric cookers are connected to a fused spur. This should have a light to show if the spur is working. If the light on the fused spur is on, the fault will be with the cooker.

If your cooker can be plugged directly into a socket outlet, please carry out an appliance test to determine if the fault is with the cooker.

Please check the fused spur or carry out an appliance test before reporting your repair.
