I have a problem with my floor or floor covering. What should I do?

It's easy to report if your floor covering is damaged. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.
If you're experiencing a problem with your floor covering, please be aware that we do not carry out all types of repairs. You are responsible for:
• installing new floor coverings in all rooms except your kitchen and bathroom
• replacing cracked floor tiles – you'll need to get our permission prior to undertaking this work
We will repair:
• damaged kitchen and bathroom floor coverings – except in agency managed schemes
• damaged floorboards
• damaged floor screed
