I have credit on my L&Q account. Can I have this refunded to me?
We'll refund you as long as there will be enough credit left on your account (after the refund) to cover your next payment.
You can ask for any credit to be refunded to you by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your Customer Reference, the amount of credit you'd like to have refunded and a sentence saying that you authorise us to refund you.
Refunds can take up to 28 calendar days to process. If you receive Housing Benefit, your refund may take longer.
If you have a joint tenancy, we need confirmation from both/all named tenants that we have permission to refund you.
If you have a direct debit set up with us, we can transfer the refund directly into your bank account. If you don't have a direct debit set up with us, we'll post a cheque to you.
