How do I make a payment or pay my rent online?

If you want to make a payment or pay your rent online, please sign up or sign into a resident account.

Once you're signed in, on the dashboard, you'll see 'My payments'. Go into this section and select the 'Make a payment' option. You'll then need to enter how much you want to pay and your payment card details.

You can also set up a Direct Debit to pay your rent from your online account. Just select 'Add new direct debit' at the bottom of the 'My payments' page to select your payment schedule and enter your bank details.
