How do I report a brick or concrete crack or uneven surfacing?

It's easy to report if your path, paving, driveway, steps, stairs, ramps or parking space has a crack or is severely uneven.

You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

You'll need to tell us:

• if the paving is a trip hazard
• if the surface is slippery when wet
• how many slabs have been affected
• how large the damaged area is
