My cooker ventilation hood/extractor fan is broken. What should I do?

If you're experiencing a problem with your cooker ventilation hood, please be aware that we do not carry out all types of repairs.

You are responsible for contacting a qualified technician to carry out repairs if your cooker ventilation hood was not installed by us or you signed a Gifted form when you moved in.

If we installed your cooker ventilation hood or it was not gifted or you have a broken extractor fan, please report this online or by contacting our customer service centre.

To help resolve the problem, you'll need to tell us if it's part of the communal ventilation system.
