At the point of accepting the offer, you will be given a provisional moving in date.

We'll always work towards this date and will keep you informed of any delays due to works within the property or delays in receiving reference checks.

You will be invited to sign the tenancy once the property is ready, all references are received and you've paid your deposit and first months rent in advance.

Once a date of when the property will be ready is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange an appointment to sign the tenancy and collect the keys.

You'll be asked to pay your first weeks rent at this point.
