Can I move to a property with fewer bedrooms than I need when moving by mutual exchange?

You would not be able to move into a property that has fewer bedrooms than you need.

For example, if your family requires a three bedroom property, we would not agree for you to move into a two bedroom property.

Some exceptions are taken into consideration for families that are already living in a property that is considered to be over-crowded.

These applications will be looked at case by case and does not guarantee that they be accepted.
