Can I mutual exchange with arrears?

If you have arrears on your rent account, including linked accounts such as garages and sub-accounts – you will not be able to mutually exchange.

All arrears must be cleared prior to signing an Assignment of Tenancy.

There may be some exceptions if you are downsizing and these cases will be looked at on an individual basis.
