Can I pay my rent or service charges over the phone?

If you'd like to pay your rent or service charges over the phone at any time, please call our automated payment line on 0300 456 9996 and select option 1.

You'll need to know the exact amount you want to pay, your unique ID (the six-digit number on your rent or service charge letter) and debit or credit card details.

You can also make a payment by calling our Income team on 0300 456 9996, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm.

Alternatively, you can pay online from your online account.
