Can I set up a recurring payment or arrangement online?
If you do not have a direct debit with us already, you can set up one to pay your rent or service charges from your online account. To do this, you will need to:
- Sign up or sign in
- select 'my payments' on the dashboard
- open 'Direct debits' at the bottom of the page
- select the 'new direct debit' button.
If you have a direct debit with us already, you will be able to view the payment date, frequency and amount from your online account.
To make a change or cancel an existing direct debit, please call us on 0300 456 9996. It is not possible to change or cancel a direct debit online.
