Can I pay my rent or service charges online?
If you'd like to pay your rent or service charges online, please sign in to your online account and go to 'my payments'.
If you haven't signed up for an online account yet, you can sign up on our website. You'll need your customer reference to sign up, you'll find it on your latest L&Q statement letter.

You can also make a payment anytime through our automated phone line by calling 0300 456 9996 (option 1). You will need your unique ID number (six-digit number found at the top of your rent/service charge letter, please note that this is different to your customer reference).
