Why do I have a pest control charge in my service charges?

If we need to treat for pests in the communal areas of your block or estate, this will incur a charge.

This includes the removal of rodents, insects or birds, and may also include preventative works, such as pigeon proofing windows or balconies.

We'll pass on your share of these costs via your service charges.

It is your responsibility to carry out pest control within your own property.
