A home with too many animals – is it antisocial behaviour?

A home with too many animals could be considered as antisocial behaviour if the animals are causing a disturbance. 

If you feel that someone or an animal is at risk, please contact the police online or by calling 999.

Once you have a criminal reference number, please get in touch with our customer service centre by calling 0300 456 9996 to report the incident.

You should also contact an animal charity, such as the RSPCA.
