How do I apply for a parking bay?

I'd like to:

Buy a parking bay

Parking bays are only available to buy at the time of purchasing a new build property from L&Q.

Rent a parking bay

Please ask your Property Manager if you're able to rent a parking bay.

You might be added to a waiting list if none are available.

Receive an allocated parking bay

If you're not allocated a parking bay at the time of signing your tenancy, you will need to speak to your Property Manager and apply to be added to the waiting list.
