All the other houses or flats around me are getting works, why aren’t I?

Before any planned works takes place, we survey a large number of our properties.

If your property hasn't been surveyed yet, please do not worry, as some properties will be seen before others.

If you're due a survey, we will write to you explaining: what will happen, when it will take place and who to contact if you have any questions.

If your property has been surveyed and the report shows that type, age and structure are all in good condition, we may not select it for planned works at this time.

We may also make this decision if there's been previous works that has lengthened the life of the component, or it's been renewed completely at a different time to your neighbours.
