How do I know if my property has been selected for planned maintenance works?

We will write to residents in March if your property has been selected for planned maintenance works.

We will let you know when the works are to be carried out, who will support you through the process, and if known, the appointed contractor.

If we have not contacted you, it's because we have assessed your property as not needing any works for now.

In time all of our properties will have planned maintenance works as the different components that make up a home require replacement.
