How do I report that my toilet's not flushing?

It’s easy to report if your toilet's not flushing. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

If you need to use the toilet before it's been fixed, please try:

• pouring a bucket of water down the bowl to simulate it flushing*
• taking off the cistern lid and pulling the flush mechanism from inside – don't do this if you have a push button flush
• manually refilling the cistern to flush

* This needs to be done at the correct speed to simulate the toilet flushing.
