How do I report a broken gate?

It's easy to report a broken gate. You can do it online or by contacting our customer service centre.

Please note that we will repair boundary fences and gates (fencing and gates which separate the garden from a public area) if there is a health and safety risk, for example a fallen down fence on a public highway or path.

We will not repair dividing fences and gates (fencing and gates which separate a garden from a neighbours garden).

To help resolve the problem, you'll need to tell us:

• what your gate's made from
• where your gate is
