How much deposit will I need to pay if I'm renting from L&Q?

Renting Directly

You will be asked to pay five weeks' rent as a deposit – plus your rent (calculated depending on the date you move in).

Any reservation fee will be deducted from this total figure.

L&Q Living or Housing Association

You will not be asked to pay a deposit – but you'll need to pay your first week or two weeks' rent when you sign your tenancy.
