How often are the communal areas on my estate or block maintained?

The communal areas on your estate or block are usually maintained once a fortnight throughout the year, although sometimes weekly visits are carried out depending on the level of maintenance required.

At some developments we may not provide a direct grounds maintenance service – as there will be a third party management company who maintains the buildings and grounds.

We expect the highest standards of service and will check the communal areas regularly to make sure our contractors are doing a good job.

We'll also consider allowing a group of residents to carry out the cleaning or gardening of an estate or block themselves.

We'll help you do this if the majority of residents vote to look after the grounds themselves. To find out more, please contact your Property Manager.
