My estate or block hasn't been cleaned. What should I do?

You can find contact details for the cleaning contractor on the notice board in the entrance or ground floor communal area of your building.

You may also want to check the notice board to find out when the contractor last attended your block and how frequently they visit.

If the cleaning sheet has not been filled in, please report it to us by contacting our customer service centre.
