If my pet dies do I need permission to get another?

Our Pets policy (PDF) sets out whether or not you can keep a pet. In most cases this will depend on whether we're the freeholder of the building you live in. You can find out more here.

If you live in a building where we're not the freeholder, you'll need to ask for permission before getting another pet.
