Where can I find L&Q’s tendering opportunities?

Public procurement law regulates the purchasing by public sector bodies by L&Q. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs) apply to L&Q.

We treat suppliers fairly with equal access to all tendering opportunities and our tenders can be found on our Supplier Portal.

We advertise tendering opportunities for high value contracts on Contracts Finder and Find a Tender.

We regularly undertake soft market testing exercises with suppliers.

Suppliers should, however, note that they will not be prejudiced by the failure to respond to soft market testing exercises.

Also, a response to testing exercises does not guarantee any invitation to participate in any future tenders.
