Where can I find my tenancy reference?
You can find your tenancy reference on your latest rent statement or service charge letter from L&Q. If you received a welcome pack it will also be recorded in there.
If you can't find it, please get in touch with our team over web chat or by calling our customer service centre on 0300 456 9996. Please note that you'll need to answer some security questions and then we'll be able to provide you with your tenancy or customer reference.
