Where can I find my tenancy reference?

You can find your tenancy reference on your latest rent statement or service charge letter from L&Q. If you received a welcome pack it will also be recorded there.

If you can't find it, please get in touch with our customer service centre.

Please note that you'll need to answer some security questions and then we'll be able to provide you with your tenancy or customer reference.

Once you have an online account, you can view your tenancy or customer reference on your 'My Profile' page.
