To get Sky Q, please wait for your communal aerial to be upgraded.

Our upgrade programme started in July 2018 but is currently on hold.

As long as you've paid your deposit to Sky – your details will have been passed to the Programme Manager.

Please wait for them to contact you to arrange the upgrade works once the programme starts again.

House

Shared owner

To get Sky Q, you will need our written permission to fit a satellite dish to your property.

Tenant

To get Sky Q, you don't need our permission to fit a satellite dish to your property.

However, before fitting a satellite dish to your property, please check that you do not live in a conservation area or listed building.

To find out more, please contact your local council and discuss installation with them.
