How do I request a communal cupboard door key?

If you need a replacement key for a communal cupboard door, many of them use FB1 or FB2 keys – you can buy these at a local DIY shop.

Please be aware that bin and bike stores are likely to use a different type of key.

If you're unable to replace the key yourself, please report it online or by contacting our customer service centre.
