How do I report that my toilet's not flushing?

Fixing a toilet that won't flush isn't the sort of repair we'll carry out for you. You are responsible for this type of repair. 

If you're still experiencing an issue, please get in touch with a qualified plumber to resolve the issue.

If you need to use the toilet before it's been fixed, please try:

• pouring a bucket of water down the bowl to simulate it flushing*
• taking off the cistern lid and pulling the flush mechanism from inside – don't do this if you have a push button flush
• manually refilling the cistern to flush

* This needs to be done at the correct speed to simulate the toilet flushing.
