What are pet owner responsibilities?

Our pet owner responsibilities are set out in Section 4.3 of our Pets policy (PDF) and details all the things we expect pet owners to comply with.

We would strongly encourage residents to arrange for dog obedience training and attend a course that teaches responsible pet ownership.

The Battersea Cats and Dog’s Home website has a range of support information that we encourage residents to access.

Similarly, Dogs Trust has a range of dog training videos and resources as well as the Dogs Trust School.
