I've just bought a property but I'm not listed on your system. How long does this take?

Once your solicitor has sent us the transfer of ownership paperwork, our Rent Accounting team will set up an account for you on our system.

This admin process can take six to eight weeks from the purchase date and is reliant on your solicitor notifying us that you're now the new legal owner.

To check your account status, please contact our customer service centre onine and we'll deal with your enquiries subject to them not breaching any data protection rules.

Before you contact us, please check with your solicitor that they've provided us with the correct transfer of ownership paperwork and what date they sent it to us.
