What is included in the grounds maintenance service, and when should this be carried out?

Between March and November, we'll usually mow communal grass areas on a fortnightly basis and fertilise them twice a year.

During the same period, we'll maintain all shrub and plant beds, including hoeing, forking, mulching and ivy removal.

On a monthly basis, we'll weed and trim all rough and landscaped areas.

We'll usually cut the hedges between the summer, autumn and winter seasons.

We'll clear all hard surfaces, including surface drains, gullies, grids, outlets and playgrounds of leaves, litter debris and other waste. We'll also spray them twice a year to remove moss and weeds.

We'll carry out tree inspections and minor maintenance on a fortnightly basis throughout the year. While major trees are surveyed once a year.
