Can I change from PAYG to credit billing?

When your home, and those around it were built, a decision was made from the developers as to what type of payment hardware would be installed.

All of our sites are fuelled communally via a central plant room. This means that if we were to change the set-up for one home, we would have to change it for every one. This would be a disruptive and costly exercise. Therefore we are unable to make changes to how an individual is billed.
