Can I pay my rent or service charges over the phone?

If you'd like to pay your rent or service charges over the phone at any time, please contact our customer service centre's automated payment line.

You'll need to know the exact amount you want to pay, your unique ID (the six-digit number on your rent or service charge letter) and debit or credit card details.

Alternatively, you can pay online from your online account.
