How do I make a payment online? How do I pay my rent online?

If you want to make a payment or pay your rent online, please sign up or sign into a resident account on our website.

Once you're signed in, on the dashboard you will see 'My payments'. Go into this section and select the 'Make a payment' option. You will then need to enter how much you want to pay and your payment card details.

You can also setup a direct debit to pay your rent from your online account. Just select 'add new direct debit' at the bottom of the 'my payments' page to select your payment schedule and enter your bank details.
