Can I pay my rent or service charges through Direct Debit?

If you do not have a Direct Debit with us already, you can set up one to pay your rent or service charges from your online account. You will need to:

  • Sign up or sign in
  • select 'my payments' on the dashboard
  • open 'Direct debits' at the bottom of the page
  • select the 'new direct debit' button 

You will be able to view a record of your active direct debits from this page.

You can also set up a Direct Debit with us by contacting our customer service centre online.

Alternatively, please complete our Direct Debit instruction form (PDF) and email it to our customer service centre at lqdirect@lqgroup.org.uk. Please remember to include your Tenancy Reference.
