Can I pay my rent or service charges through Direct Debit?
If you do not have a Direct Debit with us already, you can set up one to pay your rent or service charges from your online account. You will need to:
- Sign up or sign in
- select 'my payments' on the dashboard
- open 'Direct debits' at the bottom of the page
- select the 'new direct debit' button
You will be able to view a record of your active direct debits from this page.
You can also set up a Direct Debit with us by calling our customer service centre on 0300 456 9996.
Alternatively, please complete our Direct Debit instruction form (PDF) and email it to our customer service centre at lqdirect@lqgroup.org.uk. Please remember to include your Tenancy Reference.
