Why do I have a specialist equipment charge on my service charges?

If we need to use specialist equipment to maintain or service communal facilities on your block that are not covered by our standard services, this will incur a charge.

The most common items covered by this charge are fall arrest and lightning protection systems.

If your block has either of these facilities, we'll pass on your share of these costs via your service charges.
