Why do I have a fire protection charge on my service charges?

If we need to service or maintain the fire protection equipment in your block, this will incur a charge.

This includes:

• communal alarms
• smoke detectors
• automatic vents
• dry risers
• blankets and extinguishers

We will pass on your share of these costs via your service charges.
