Why haven't the windows on my block been cleaned?

We'll only clean communal windows if it's part of your service charges.

We don't clean communal windows if the cleaning operative cannot reach them safely.

If you don't have communal window cleaning but think this service is required, we'll need to consult with all residents on your block to find out if the majority would like this service too – as this would increase your service charges.
