When will you tell me when my repair will be done?
We'll begin to contact residents with outstanding non-critical repairs in July.
Please note that we may only contact you a few days before the work is due to take place to avoid having to reschedule if your plans change (this often happens when repair appointments are booked very far in advance), so you may not be contacted straightaway.
If you are awaiting planned works, such as the replacement of your kitchen, bathroom, door or windows, or communal works, we'll be in touch over the coming weeks to let you know the new schedule for these works directly.
