What is a variable service charge balance on my service charges?

The variable service charge balance is the deficit brought over from your previous final service charges.

You will have recieved a covering letter explaining that we would be carrying this forward to the next service charges estimate.

To make the process of deficits more affordable, you can spread the cost out over 12 months, interest free.
