When I set up my Direct Debit, how soon can the first payment be taken out of my account?

When you set up a Direct Debit, the first payment will not be processed for ten working days.

If you would like to make a one off payment to cover the period whilst your Direct Debit is being set up, please pay us from your online account or contact our customer service centre on 0300 456 9996.
