Can I change my heat supplier?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your heat supplier because your heating and hot water supply comes from a communal heating network managed by L&Q Energy.

Instead of each home having it's own boiler, a communal heating network operates by gas being transferred into heat from a single location (communal plant room). The heat is then delivered by specialist pipework through the building to individual homes via the HIU (The Heat Interface Unit) providing you with heating and hot water.
